    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • Can I work as both a contractor and subcontractor?
    Yes, you can act as both a contractor and a subcontractor depending on the scope of the project. We are happy to discuss your preferences during onboarding.
  • Can I collaborate with other contractors on larger projects?
    Absolutely! We encourage teamwork, and you can collaborate with other professionals on larger projects. We’ll coordinate with you and any necessary partners to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • How does the payment process work?
    Payments are processed upon completion of the project. Once the work is inspected and approved, we issue payments promptly, typically within 7-10 business days.
  • Is there a minimum number of projects I must take on?
    No, there’s no minimum requirement. You have the flexibility to choose how many projects you want to accept based on your schedule and capacity.
  • Are there any upfront fees to partner with your company?
    Yes, we do charge a small administration fee for contractors. This fee helps us provide comprehensive support throughout the project, ensuring smooth and timely execution. Additionally, our company handles all communication and coordination with the property owner, allowing you to focus solely on completing the renovation work.

    No, we take care of all client-facing communication, including scheduling and managing expectations. Your focus will be solely on completing the renovation work.
  • Do I need my own tools and equipment?
    We encourage our contractors to use their own tools, equipment and transportation to and from job sites. If required, we can provide the tools and equipment to the contractors on a rental basis. We will provide all best possible support to the contractors to execute the project smoothly. We provide the complete project details, but you handle the work execution.
  • How will I be assigned projects?
    Projects are assigned based on your expertise, location, and availability. We ensure that the projects you receive match your skills and preferences.
  • What kind of insurance do I need to provide?
    Contractors must carry general liability insurance to cover potential damages or accidents on the job. Proof of insurance is required during the onboarding process.
